The copyright of works generated and downloaded by users through Rxframe belongs to the users themselves. At the same time, Rxframe assumes no legal responsibility for users’ works. Users are solely responsible for the works they generate and download using Rxframe.
When using Rxframe, you must remember that although we strive to ensure that all features are up to date and error-free at all times, we are not responsible for any direct or indirect losses you may suffer as a result of fully relying on the functionality of the application.
At some point, we may update the application. If you wish to continue using the application, you will need to download the updates. We do not guarantee that we will always update the application so that it remains available on your device. However, even if you agree to always accept updates when they are provided, we may stop providing the application and may terminate its use at any time without giving you notice of termination. Unless we inform you otherwise, upon any termination: (a) the rights and licenses granted to you under these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the application and, if necessary, delete it from your device.
5.1 Certain features of this application may require payment. If you choose to use these paid features, you agree to our Terms of Use and the pricing and subscription plans listed within the application, which we may update from time to time. We may, at our sole discretion, add new features that require additional charges and modify the pricing of existing features at any time.
5.2 If you purchase a subscription plan, the subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless the user chooses to cancel it. Payment will be charged to your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase. Unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription will renew automatically. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the renewal fee will be determined at that time. Users can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in their App Store account settings. To disable automatic renewal: open [Settings] on your iPhone, tap [Apple ID], select [Subscriptions], and cancel the subscription for this app. During the active subscription period, the current subscription cannot be canceled; cancellation only applies to the next subscription period. After cancellation, the subscription will not renew, but the current subscription period will remain accessible until it expires. Any unused portion of a free trial period will become invalid once the user purchases a subscription.
5.3 If a Pro membership account is logged into on multiple devices, it may result in membership invalidation, personal privacy leakage, and security risks. To protect information security, if you need to reactivate your Pro membership status, please try restoring purchases using another Apple account or repurchasing the membership.
5.4 Pro membership is a virtual digital product provided on a “payment first, service later” basis. Membership fees represent the price of the membership services purchased and are not prepayments, deposits, down payments, savings, stored-value cards, or similar. Therefore, once the membership purchase is successful, it indicates that you have already used the product, and refunds are generally not provided. In addition, because payments made through the iOS system are transferred directly to Apple’s account, if you have special reasons requiring a refund, please submit a refund request through reportaproblem.apple.com for Apple’s review. We do not have the authority or ability to process refund requests.
5.5 According to the rules of different platforms, memberships are not shared across platforms. Memberships purchased with an Apple account cannot be used with an Android account, and vice versa.
We may update our Terms of Use from time to time. Therefore, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated terms on this page. These changes become effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
