The copyright of the works generated and downloaded by users using Ticket Lover belongs to the users. At the same time, Ticket Lover is not legally responsible for the works of users. Users are responsible for the works they generate and download using Ticket Lover.
When you use Ticket Lover, you must remember that although we strive to ensure that all its functions are up-to-date and error-free at all times, we are not responsible for any direct or indirect losses you may suffer due to your complete reliance on this function of the application.
At some point, we may update the application. If you wish to continue using the application, you will need to download the update. We do not promise that we will always update the application so that it is always available on your device. However, even if you promise to always accept updates when we provide you with application updates, we may stop providing the application and may terminate the use of the application at any time without giving you notice of termination. Unless we inform you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will terminate; (b) you must stop using the application and (if necessary) delete the application from your device.
5.1 Some features of this application may require payment. If you choose to use these paid features, it means you agree to our usage agreement, and also indicates that you agree to the prices and subscription plans listed in the application, which we may update from time to time. We may, at our discretion, add new features to the application that may incur additional charges at any time, and may modify the prices of existing features.
5.2 If you purchase a subscription plan, the subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period until the user chooses to cancel the subscription. Payment will be deducted from the iTunes account at the time of purchase confirmation. Unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription will automatically renew. The account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal fee will be determined. Users can manage their subscriptions in the App Store account settings and turn off auto-renewal. To turn off auto-renewal for subscriptions: Open [Settings] on your iPhone, tap [Apple ID], select [Subscriptions], and select this App section to cancel the subscription. During the current subscription period, the current subscription cannot be canceled, and the cancellation only applies to the next subscription period. After cancellation, it will not renew, but the current subscription period can be used normally. After the user purchases a subscription, the unused days of the free trial period are no longer valid.
5.3 If a VIP membership account is logged in on multiple devices, it may result in the membership being invalidated, personal privacy leaks, and security risks. To protect information security, if you want to reactivate the VIP membership status, please try to restore the purchase with another Apple account or repurchase.
5.4 VIP membership is a virtual digital product, and the service is provided after payment. The membership fee is the price of the membership service you purchased, not a prepayment, deposit, or savings card. Therefore, once the membership is successfully purchased, it indicates that you have used the product, and we generally do not refund it. At the same time, since the payment goes into Apple's account after payment on the iOS system, if you have special reasons for a refund, please submit a refund request and review to Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not have the authority or method to review refunds.
5.5 According to the rules of different platforms, memberships of accounts on different platforms are not universal, that is, memberships of Apple accounts and Android accounts cannot be used universally.
